How to Use

  1. Upload — Click or drag PDF/images to the dashed zone. Multi-file and large files (<100MB per batch recommended) are read locally only.
  2. Configure & process — Set pages, angle, password or quality, then hit “Calculate / Process”. Rotate PDF runs via WebAssembly and pdf-lib in your browser — no server queue.
  3. Preview & download — Check pages, size and thumbnails on the right, then download. Batch jobs download one by one; tweak and re-run if needed.

Tips & Notes

  • Page syntax: Use 1,3,5-7 or 1-10,15; empty means all. Out-of-range pages are ignored.
  • Privacy & size: Everything runs locally — no server upload. For large files, process in batches of 50–100 pages.
  • Fidelity: Fonts and vectors are preserved where possible. For scanned PDFs, run OCR/searchable PDF first, then convert.

How to fix phone-shot or inverted scans?

Rotate PDF supports 90/180/270° and pages like “2,5-7” for precise control, ideal for phone-shot invoices and 50-page inverted batches. Rotation rewrites page matrix via pdf-lib, keeping vectors sharp, preview thumbnails before download — for finance and archives.

Rotate only a few pages?

Yes. Enter “2,5” etc., only those pages are rewritten, others unchanged — for theses where only chart pages are landscape. Preview each page after rotating to avoid cover/toc being turned.

Will rotation bloat or blur?

No. Rotation only changes page matrix, no re-encoding, vectors and text stay sharp, size almost unchanged. For high-res scans, follow with “Compress PDF” if needed, suitable for print-quality drawings.
